A. Parcels will be shipped on every Mondays and Wednesdays with Royal Mail, using first class shipping which aims for 1-2 working days .Tracking numbers will be provided but only tracks packages from drop off to attempted delivery

A.Contact us via DM or email ([email protected]) immediately with the correct shipping details and it will be sorted out for you. If item has already been shipped BCute Cosmetics will not be responsible for lost package.
